Leadership Development Program

PRSA Dallas Leadership Program

The PRSA Dallas leadership development program is designed to develop and enhance leadership competency within the chapter. The pilot program consisted of a series of three boot camps for participants who are either new to leadership roles or looking to expand their leadership confidence. The program equips participants with foundational leadership frameworks, skills, and strategies that they can apply to chapter service, other professional endeavors, and their personal lives.

The program is provided as a member benefit for current members of PRSA Dallas and is limited to a class of 15. Participants must be a member of the Dallas chapter and have at least five years of professional experience to apply or be nominated to participate in the class. A selection committee reviews all applications and prioritizes members who have demonstrated a commitment to the chapter through volunteering.
