During a decade in higher ed, Clay taught the social sciences, including communication courses for the Organizational Leadership program at Robert Morris University.
As an author and speaker, Clay has presented extensively. He’s consulted for CBS Radio/Viacom and sat behind the microphone as a broadcaster in the Pittsburgh metro area.
