Communicating with Hope-Stability-Compassion-Trust in our New World
The Covid-19 pandemic is an unprecedented event in modern history. When information is unavailable or inconsistent during such a crisis, and when people feel unsure about what they know (or anyone knows), behavioral science points to an increased human desire for transparency, guidance, and making sense out of what has happened.
As our world starts to return to kilter, we want to communicate with hope, stability, compassion, and trust. Experienced crisis communicators Dr. Joseph Trahan and his son Joe will join PRSA Dallas for a call to discuss how you communicate is almost more important than what you are communicating.
