Nominations are open for the 2027 PRSA Dallas Board of Directors. Take advantage of one of the best professional development opportunities our chapter offers by applying to be a part of this strategic leadership team. Nominations are open July 1, 2026 through August 9, 2026.

PRSA Dallas officers and directors serve as the public face and voice of the organization, acting on behalf of the entire Dallas-area public relations profession, assisting chapter committees, and providing strategic guidance and valuable insights into industry trends.
The nominating committee is seeking candidates to fill six officer positions and three director-at-large positions, with terms commencing on January 1, 2027. Candidates must be members of the chapter in good standing.
The open positions are as follows:
Officers:
- President-elect, one-year term* that assumes the presidency on Jan. 1, 2028
- Vice president, one-year term (three positions available)
- Secretary, one-year term
- Treasurer, one-year term
Directors:
- Director-at-large, two-year term (three positions available)
The descriptions of the roles provide the responsibilities of each position.
*Per the Bylaws of PRSA Dallas, the position of president-elect must currently be Accredited in Public Relations (APR) or commit to becoming accredited before assuming the chapter presidency on Jan. 1, 2028.
Interviews with the nominating committee will take place in August/September. Final selections will be presented for a chapter vote at the annual meeting in November.
